1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. You will see the shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–8 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed after 3 PM (local time) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by unforeseen delays. But the estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

6. Shipping Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at theworldofnerdscustomer@gmail.com or 7603884891 for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

7. Returns and Exchanges

For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy page. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
